Restore from the recycle bin

The easiest way to recover emails that have been sent to the recycle bin. The recovery process can be done directly through the Microsoft Outlook interface.

In the list of folders for the email from which the message was deleted, find the "Deleted" section. Click on it.

A list of deleted emails opens before us. Choose the one you want to recover. Click the right mouse button. In the context menu select "Move" and "Other folder".

In the window that will appear, select the original folder where the email was located before it was deleted, or any other directory where you want to restore it. After selecting, click the "OK" button.

Recovering Hardly Deleted Emails

There are deleted emails not appearing in the "Deleted" folder. Right-click on the empty space in the Options folder. In the contextual menu that appears, go successively to "New" and "DWORD Parameter".

In the created parameter field, type "DumpsterAlwaysOn", and press ENTER on the keyboard. Then double-click on the item.

In the open window, in the "Value" field enter one, and the "Calculation system" parameter changes to the "Decimal" position. Click on the "OK" button.

Close Registry Editor and open Microsoft Outlook. If the program was open, reload it. Navigate to the folder from which the email was deleted, then go to the Folder section of the menu.

Click on the "Restore Deleted Items" ribbon icon in the form of the trash can with an arrow coming out of it. You are in the "Cleaning" group. The icon was previously inactive, but after the registry manipulation described above, it became available.

In the window that will open, select the email to be restored, mark it and click the "Restore selected items" button. Afterwards, the email will be restored to its original directory.
